Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Application Support Executive with a strong technical background to join our team in Dubai. This role involves providing expert support for Kranium Health Hospital Information System (HIS) software, alongside experience with ERP systems, focusing on clinical, pharmacy, procurement, and finance modules.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will offer technical assistance and support to ensure smooth operation of healthcare software solutions. This includes troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and collaborating with various departments to maintain efficient workflow across clinical modules and related finance and procurement processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Kranium Health HIS Software.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly in clinical, pharmacy, procurement, and finance workflows.
• Strong technical education background with a comprehensive understanding of Information Systems architecture and functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and end-users.
