Key Responsibilities

The Wholesale Operations Associate will play a crucial role in managing the entire lifecycle of wholesale orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Your duties will include:

• Overseeing wholesale orders from confirmation through successful delivery
• Coordinating effectively with warehouse teams and shipping partners to ensure smooth order dispatches
• Monitoring inventory levels closely and promptly communicating any stock issues or shortages
• Maintaining precise documentation related to orders and assisting in invoicing procedures
• Handling inquiries about deliveries and shipment statuses from different departments
• Collaborating with the finance team to track payment statuses and authorize order releases
• Providing regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders on order progress

Required Skills and Qualifications

This position welcomes candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience in operations, order management, logistics, or customer operations, including recent graduates or those with relevant internships. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and follow-up capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data handling
• Experience with ERP systems or order management platforms is a plus
