Al Fajer Facilities Management is currently seeking experienced male security guards for immediate employment opportunities in Dubai. The recruitment process is being conducted via walk-in interviews, offering a direct and efficient way for qualified candidates to join their team.

Interview Details

The walk-in interviews are scheduled from September 7th to 9th, 2026, between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Interviews will take place at Al Fajer Facilities Management, located next to Jeebly in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Security guards will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across client locations, conducting regular patrols, monitoring access points, and responding promptly to any incidents or safety concerns. Excellent communication skills are essential to interact effectively with colleagues and visitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid SIRA security certification
• Excellent communication skills with solid knowledge of security protocols
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working as a security guard within the UAE
• Preference is given to immediate joiners and candidates holding cancelled visas
