Key Responsibilities

As a Travel and Tourism Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while promoting and selling travel-related services. You will assist clients in planning their holidays, including advising on holiday packages, visa processing, flight bookings, and hotel reservations. Maintaining professionalism and a customer-first approach is essential, along with meeting sales targets and contributing to overall business success.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the travel and tourism sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales abilities with a client-focused mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of holiday packages, visa requirements, flight schedules, and hotel accommodations.
• Ability to work professionally in a customer service environment.
