Al Najma Al Fareeda International Facilities Management Services is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join their team in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor will oversee security operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. You will lead and coordinate teams, manage administrative duties, and utilize your technical knowledge to maintain efficient workflows. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in security supervision, police, or military roles.
• Holds a valid UAE Driving License.
• Possession of a valid SIRA Security Supervisor Certificate and License.
• Educational background includes a High School Diploma or Degree with attested certificates.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications related to administrative tasks.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
