Liverpool Medical Center, based in Bur Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Medical Coder/Receptionist to join their team. This full-time role blends administrative responsibilities with medical coding expertise, supporting the center’s daily operations and patient services.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately coding medical records and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Tasks include managing insurance claims—from initial submissions to follow-ups and resubmissions—and liaising with insurance companies to resolve any claim-related issues. Reception duties are also a key part of the role, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and delivering friendly, professional customer service to support clinic functions.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical coding and healthcare administrative tasks. A solid understanding of UAE health insurance processes and claims management is essential, along with familiarity with DHA regulations and recognized medical coding standards. Strong communication abilities, organizational skills, and computer proficiency are necessary to excel in this role and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

This position is based at Liverpool Medical Center in Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is offered on a full-time basis.
