Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Inventory Management Executive or Officer with a background in the steel or metal manufacturing sector. This role is based in JAFZA, Dubai, and offers a monthly salary ranging from AED 5,000 to AED 6,000. The position falls within the Supply Chain and Stores & Inventory Management department.

The ideal candidate will have between three to six years of relevant experience and must be currently located in Dubai, ready to join immediately. The working schedule includes six days per week.

Key Responsibilities

The Inventory Management Executive will play a vital role in maintaining accurate stock levels and efficient inventory operations. Primary duties include:

• Managing inventory records and conducting stock reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy
• Overseeing stores operations and material handling activities to optimize storage and retrieval processes
• Utilizing ERP systems to monitor inventory and streamline supply chain workflows
• Preparing comprehensive reports related to inventory status and stock movements
• Collaborating with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain uninterrupted material availability

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 6 years’ experience in inventory management, specifically within the steel or metal manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques, stock reconciliation, and stores operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP software for inventory management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, six-day work environment
• Candidates must currently reside in Dubai and be prepared for immediate onboarding
