We are looking for a dedicated Insurance Navigation Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on managing medical insurance claims efficiently while ensuring seamless coordination between healthcare providers and insurance companies. Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Navigation Officer, your main duties will include:

• Managing insurance claims, including handling denials and submitting appeals.
• Verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility before services are provided.
• Offering on-site support at hospitals and clinics by addressing insurance-related inquiries.
• Collaborating closely with insurance companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), and healthcare teams to resolve claim issues.
• Maintaining thorough documentation and producing accurate reports related to insurance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or an Allied Health discipline.
• At least two years of experience managing medical insurance claims and dealing with claim rejections.
• An in-depth understanding of insurance systems and the full claims lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, ensuring effective interaction with diverse teams.
• The flexibility to travel regularly to hospital and clinic locations as needed.
