Compensation and Benefits
The position provides a basic salary of AED 2,300 per month. Employees are eligible for monthly incentives linked to attendance and performance, along with customer tips received both in cash and online. Additionally, a performance bonus is awarded every three months.
Transportation is provided by the company, and necessary uniforms and cleaning materials will be supplied.
Work Conditions
This is a live-out position, meaning accommodation is not provided. The company ensures a safe and clean workplace supported by a fair and transparent hiring process. A professional support team is available to assist employees in their roles.
