We are currently seeking female registration staff for a short-term assignment in Dubai. This role is perfect for candidates who are detail-oriented and comfortable managing guest check-ins at events. The event is scheduled for 2nd and 3rd November 2026, with full-day shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and handling the registration process efficiently. Key tasks include:

• Registering attendees promptly and accurately
• Scanning badges to maintain smooth event access

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be female and fluent in English to communicate effectively during the event. Candidates from Asian, Arab, or European backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Professionalism and experience in guest registration or similar roles will be advantageous.
