Kabri International Co. LLC is currently inviting applications for the role of Time Keeper based in Dubai. We are seeking two diligent professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience in timekeeping within construction environments to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately maintaining daily attendance records for all site workers. This includes managing and organizing timesheets, verifying working hours and overtime to ensure precision. Close coordination with site supervisors is essential to confirm worker attendance and proper site assignments. Additionally, the Time Keeper will prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly time reports that support payroll processing and project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should hold a diploma or have completed graduation, coupled with 1 to 2 years of experience in timekeeping or site administration specifically within construction projects. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel is important, alongside a solid understanding of construction site workflows. Candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and reliable communication skills.
