Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing staining, coloring, and finishing tasks on parquet flooring. This involves mixing and matching stains and dyes to achieve specific shades, preparing custom colors, and applying finishes on various wood types. You will be expected to carry out sample preparations and ensure color consistency before the final application. Additionally, your duties include sanding, polishing, and touch-up work, always maintaining adherence to project specifications and quality standards. Collaborating with site supervisors and the project team to align finishing requirements is essential, along with proper handling and storage of all finishing materials.

Required Skills and Experience

A minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience as a Parquet Painter or Wood Flooring Finisher is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in color mixing, staining, and shade matching specific to wooden flooring. A deep understanding of parquet systems, wood coatings, lacquers, oils, and other finishing products is crucial. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship are key attributes for this role. Additionally, the ability to work independently and adjust to project demands is expected.
