Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Joinery Technician to join a leading luxury interiors and fit-out company based in Dubai, UAE. This role involves crafting and installing high-end cabinetry and bespoke joinery solutions, contributing to prestigious villa and luxury interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and installing cabinets, wardrobes, kitchens, doors, and wall cladding with precision. You will interpret shop drawings and cutting lists accurately, perform thorough site measurements, and ensure perfect alignment during installation. Key tasks include fitting hinges, locks, handles, and other joinery hardware while working with various materials such as MDF, plywood, solid wood, veneers, laminates, and HPL. Delivering a flawless finish that meets luxury standards and carrying out snagging work is essential to this role.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have proven experience working on high-end interior fit-outs, particularly in luxury villas. Strong expertise in cabinetry, doors, wall cladding, and custom furniture fabrication is required. An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to achieving superior finishing quality are critical. Prior experience working within the UAE is preferred but not mandatory.
