Job Overview

TroyPower Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled Joinery and Fit-Out Foreman to join our team in Dubai. This full-time position calls for a professional with extensive experience in joinery, furniture manufacturing, and interior fit-out works, capable of overseeing production and installation activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will supervise all joinery production and on-site fit-out operations, managing workshop and site teams including carpenters, installers, and painters. Responsibilities include monitoring workflow and quality, coordinating material requirements, and ensuring timely project completion while adhering to safety standards. The Foreman will also liaise with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth progress and resolve any site-related issues. Daily progress reporting to management is required.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in joinery, furniture manufacturing, and interior fit-out projects
• Strong familiarity with joinery production, site installation, and fit-out procedures
• Proficient in reading and interpreting shop and technical drawings
• Experience supervising a multidisciplinary site team
• Ability to plan and organize daily work schedules effectively
• In-depth knowledge of materials, hardware, fabrication, and installation methods
• Excellent leadership, staff management, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of UAE safety regulations and quality standards
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is advantageous

Work Environment

This role involves active coordination between workshop and site activities in Dubai, requiring hands-on supervision and team leadership. Candidates should be comfortable working in dynamic construction and fit-out environments where safety and quality are paramount.
