Key Responsibilities

The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for obtaining insurance approvals, submitting claims, handling resubmissions, and managing medical billing activities. This role requires close collaboration with insurance providers and internal departments to ensure a smooth, efficient claims process and timely reimbursements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Insurance Coordinator within a UAE healthcare facility.
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance approvals, claims submission procedures, resubmissions, and billing practices.
• Familiarity with major UAE insurance providers and proficiency in navigating their online portals.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate among patients, healthcare staff, and insurance companies.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced medical setting.
