Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled florist with 1 to 3 years of experience working in the UAE to join a flower shop located in Abu Dhabi, MBZ area. This opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who have a passion for floral design and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and arrange floral displays according to client requests and seasonal trends
• Maintain the shop’s floral inventory, ensuring flowers and supplies are fresh and well-stocked
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, offering advice on flower care and selection
• Handle flower delivery preparation and packaging with care and professionalism

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 1 to 3 years of floristry experience within the UAE market
• Strong creativity and attention to detail in floral arrangements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to meet the physical demands of standing for extended periods and handling flowers and supplies
