Key Responsibilities

The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates using various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, professional databases, and networking platforms. You will oversee candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and facilitate smooth communication to ensure an efficient recruitment cycle. Managing multiple vacancies at once in a fast-paced environment will be a crucial part of your role.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms such as online job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Capability to handle several openings simultaneously and adjust priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Previous healthcare recruitment experience is highly preferred.
