We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager specializing in Freight Forwarding and Logistics to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have over five years of hands-on experience in the UAE logistics industry, with deep knowledge of air and sea freight, land transportation across the GCC, and cross-trade shipments. This role demands strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of current market dynamics to establish competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

The Pricing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating optimal freight rates with carriers, transporters, and international partners. You will prepare accurate and competitive quotations, support the sales team with requests for quotations (RFQs), tenders, and strategic pricing initiatives, and keep abreast of market trends, pricing fluctuations, and freight capacity. Coordination with the operations team will be essential to verify service feasibility, while managing and maintaining an up-to-date pricing database and identifying cost-effective logistics solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum five years of freight forwarding and logistics experience within the UAE market.
• Strong expertise in air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), land transport within the GCC, as well as cross-trade shipments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of customs clearance processes, Incoterms 2020, Dangerous Goods handling (preferred), and project cargo management.
• Experience with value-added logistics services is an advantage.
• Well-established relationships with shipping lines, airlines, transport companies, and overseas agents.
• Proven track record in negotiating competitive freight rates and carrier contracts to optimize cost and service levels.
