Key Responsibilities

The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for obtaining insurance approvals, handling claim submissions and resubmissions, and managing medical billing accurately. Additionally, the role requires maintaining knowledge of insurance provider protocols and effectively coordinating communications with various stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least one year of experience working as an Insurance Coordinator within a UAE healthcare setting.
• In-depth understanding of insurance approvals, claims management, and medical billing processes.
• Familiarity with major insurance companies and their online portals used in the UAE.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and insurance providers.
