Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in implementing Corporate and Enterprise Performance Management (CPM/EPM) solutions, ideally in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EPM technologies such as Oracle Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS/ePBCS, OneStream, or similar platforms. This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and prefers candidates currently residing in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of EPM implementations, delivering effective solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will design and formulate strategies that align with organizational financial goals and reporting standards, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with financial controls. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional teams, communicate progress clearly, and create insightful presentations to convey project status and outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record with 2-3 full life cycle EPM system implementations
• In-depth knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting frameworks and reporting processes
• Experience using one or more EPM technologies such as Oracle Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS/ePBCS, or OneStream
• Strong understanding of financial systems, procedures, and the ability to verify data with precision
• Solid grasp of financial statements and related accounting concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver professional presentations using tools like MS Visio and MS PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates based in the UAE are highly preferred to facilitate seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Prior exposure to banking industry projects will be considered an advantage.
