Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior IT and Network Technician to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or freshers eager to develop their skills in IT support and network management. The role involves supporting daily IT operations and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring live CCTV surveillance systems, including managing DVR/NVR video footage playback and logging backups. You will also monitor the network connectivity, troubleshoot hardware such as routers and switches, and maintain LAN connections. Additionally, you will serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, helping to resolve basic issues related to hardware, software, and printers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Degree, Diploma, or ITI certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Hardware and Networking. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a keen willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Essential skills include a solid understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, as well as basic IP routing and LAN troubleshooting. Clear communication skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
