Job Overview

KANDAS Interiors is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer (Level 1) to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of desktop systems, network basics, and software applications used in office environments.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Support Engineer (L1), you will be the first point of contact for technical issues from office and site users. Your duties will include:

• Delivering Level 1 technical support to end users
• Troubleshooting problems related to systems, emails, printers, and networks
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components
• Maintaining and updating IT asset records along with documenting support activities
• Coordinating with external vendors for hardware or software issues when necessary

Required Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have proven expertise in desktop support combined with foundational network knowledge. Candidates should be comfortable working with the following:

• Experience in supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi networks, printer configurations, and IP addressing
• Familiarity with ERP systems support
• Capability to provide both on-site and remote technical assistance
