We are seeking a skilled IT Application and Government Lead to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing enterprise IT applications and overseeing critical implementation projects across large or multi-site organizations. Key Responsibilities

The IT Application and Government Lead will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end enterprise IT application projects. This includes coordinating with software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Overseeing digital transformation initiatives and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement are also vital parts of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience managing enterprise IT applications within large or multi-site environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, and tools including SQL, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, along with ITIL frameworks.
• Strong familiarity with enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, Finance, Loyalty, or Guest Management Systems.
• Proven ability to handle system integrations, APIs, IT governance, and digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring SLA adherence.
• Certifications like PMP or ITIL are considered an advantage.
