Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to oversee and manage IT operations at our Dubai location. This role requires a hands-on, independent professional capable of providing comprehensive IT support across hardware, software, networks, and cloud services ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering full-cycle IT support including troubleshooting and resolving technical tickets efficiently. Responsibilities include managing hardware devices, network infrastructure, servers, software applications, cloud platforms, cybersecurity protocols, and IPTV systems. The role also involves user account management, administration of email systems such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, as well as facilitating backup processes and handling data recovery when necessary. Maintaining accurate IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking while coordinating with vendors is essential. Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes, setting up office IT environments, and ensuring consistent uptime of all systems are also critical tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess between 3 to 5 years of practical IT support experience within the UAE, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities across hardware, software, and network issues. Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments is required. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, juggling multiple priorities effectively, and maintaining clear communication with team members. A proactive attitude and solid troubleshooting skills are fundamental to success in this role.
