Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IP Project Manager based in Dubai to join a dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network solution design, pre-sales, and service provider networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing network solutions, including preparing high-level designs (HLDs), bills of quantities (BOQs), quotations, and technical proposals. The role also requires close collaboration with clients, delivering presentations, and negotiating project terms to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in ICT, telecommunications, or networking technologies.
• Proficient in routing and switching, MPLS/VPLS, IP VPN, firewalls, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and endpoint security.
• Strong ability to prepare technical documentation and commercial bids.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven customer-facing experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field is required. Professional certifications such as HCIE, HCNP, HCNA, CCIE, CCNP, or CCNA are considered a strong advantage and will enhance the candidate’s profile.

Additional Requirements

• Currently residing in the UAE is mandatory.
• Immediate availability for joining will be highly preferred.
