Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead and oversee complex ERP implementation projects. This role demands substantial consulting experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage diverse teams to deliver successful end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The project manager will be responsible for anticipating challenges and obstacles throughout the project lifecycle, taking proactive steps to address potential issues before they arise. This includes making sound contractual and project management decisions. The role also involves championing change management practices, persuading stakeholders, and promoting best practices supported by rigorous analysis and clear business rationale.

Managing a multidisciplinary team of 20 to 30 members across business functions, IT departments, and vendor partners is a critical aspect of this position. The candidate will act as a pivotal liaison between senior leadership and project teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ consulting experience with at least 5 years managing ERP projects.
• Proven track record in delivering at least five full-cycle ERP/Fusion implementation projects.
• Strong leadership capabilities for handling large, cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior business leaders.
• Ability to foster acceptance of change by leveraging analytical and scientific assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with a high-end consulting background, such as experience within Big 4 firms, will have an advantage. Additionally, PMP or PMI certification is desirable, particularly if the candidate has expertise in the Telecom or Distribution industries.
