AI Operations Manager
The organization requires a dedicated AI Operations Manager to consolidate, optimize, and streamline all AI tools, platforms, and workflows across departments. This role will drive efficiency, reduce redundancy, and ensure our AI investments deliver measurable business value.
1. Job Description:
Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools and platforms across the organization.
Develop and maintain AI workflows and automation pipelines to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with department heads to assess AI requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Monitor AI system performance and continuously optimize processes to maximize efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
Establish governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure responsible and ethical AI usage.
Train and upskill employees on AI tools and processes.
Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.
2. Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML operations, technology management, or digital transformation roles.
Skills/Certifications: Proficiency in LLMs, AI tools (e.g. OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic), Prompt engineering, process automation, MLOps, Google Cloud/AWS/Azure AI certifications preferred.
Language: English (Fluent), Arabic is a plus.
