SNH PACKING is seeking an experienced AI Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This pivotal role focuses on consolidating and optimizing AI tools, platforms, and workflows throughout the organization to boost efficiency and deliver tangible business results. The successful candidate will lead AI initiatives, foster collaboration between departments, and ensure that our AI investments maximize value while promoting ethical AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

The AI Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and integrating AI tools and technologies across various departments, developing automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency, and continuously monitoring AI system performance for improvements. Collaborating closely with department leaders, the manager will tailor AI solutions that meet specific business needs. The role also includes establishing governance frameworks to promote responsible AI use and providing training to upskill employees on AI-related tools and processes. Staying current with emerging AI trends and technologies and recommending their adoption will be an essential part of the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Minimum of five years of experience in AI/ML operations, technology management, or digital transformation roles.
• Proficient with large language models (LLMs) and AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, and Anthropic.
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering, process automation, and MLOps.
• Certifications in cloud AI services like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure are highly preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic language abilities are advantageous.
