Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong expertise in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting organizational growth within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing various human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws. Particular emphasis will be placed on managing JAFZA HR operations and visa processes, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 to 8 years of solid experience in human resources, preferably within the UAE market.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and best practices.
• Proven ability to handle JAFZA HR operations and visa procedures effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships across all levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required to qualify for this role.
