We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role specifically requires female candidates with experience in recruitment across UAE and European markets. The position offers a monthly salary between 2000 and 2500 AED, along with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment processes for vacancies in the UAE and Europe. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, databases, and recruitment networks. You will also be responsible for screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating subsequent steps such as interviews, job offers, documentation, visa processing, and joining formalities. Effective coordination with clients to understand job requirements and update them on recruitment progress is essential. Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring consistent follow-up throughout the recruitment cycle are also key parts of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience focused on UAE and European positions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with candidates and clients. Expertise in sourcing and screening candidates is required, along with a thorough understanding of recruitment procedures and necessary documentation. Multitasking abilities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment will help you excel in this role.
