Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the UAE and Europe. This includes sourcing candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment networks. Additionally, the role requires screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further recruitment stages including client communications, interview scheduling, job offers, documentation, visa processing, and new employee onboarding.

Required Skills and Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience with a focus on the UAE or European markets is essential. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have a solid understanding of recruitment processes, and demonstrate expertise in sourcing and screening candidates.
