Job Overview
CEMAR International is seeking a skilled HR Senior Executive to join their team at NIP, Jebel Ali, Dubai. This role offers a competitive monthly salary of AED 5,000 to 6,000, negotiable based on experience. Candidates with 2 to 3 years of HR experience, ideally within a UAE Freezone setting, are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Senior Executive will play a crucial role in handling government and regulatory tasks, including support for licensing, establishment card renewals, and immigration processes within Freezone authorities such as JAFZA and NIP. The role involves managing employment visa processing, cancellations, renewals through GDRFA, and ensuring compliance with MOHRE regulations, including WPS and labor contract adherence for mainland-linked employees. Coordination of work permits, offer letter attestations, labor card processing, Emirates ID applications, and medical fitness tests also fall under this role. Staying informed of updates in Freezone rules, MOHRE decrees, and immigration policies is essential.
In addition to government liaison duties, the executive will support end-to-end HR operations. This includes recruitment, onboarding, offboarding activities, visa quota planning within Freezone systems, and maintaining accurate employee records within Freezone portals and internal HRIS. The position requires processing employment contracts in accordance with UAE labor laws, assisting with employee relations and disciplinary actions, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with WPS. Managing leave records, gratuity calculations, and end-of-service settlements are also part of the role.
Furthermore, the executive will assist with compliance and company policy matters, ensuring alignment with UAE Labour Law, Freezone regulations, and Emiratisation requirements. This involves preparing and submitting government reports, supporting audits, updating HR policies based on regulatory changes, and coordinating trade license renewals alongside the PRO/government relations team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience working with JAFZA, MOHRE, and GDRFA systems and portals
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Freezone-specific regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication abilities, with fluency in Hindi strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple government portals and deadlines
