We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR & People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a wide range of HR responsibilities, from recruitment to employee engagement and HR administration. Candidates with at least two years of practical experience working under UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, handling employee relations, overseeing onboarding and performance management, and ensuring smooth HR operations daily. This position demands a versatile professional who can take ownership of varied HR tasks rather than focusing on a single specialization.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE compliance.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in trading, forex, financial services, or fintech sectors will be considered a significant advantage.

Work Environment
