Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working within UAE HR operations and demonstrate thorough knowledge of UAE Labour Law. This role offers a salary range of AED 4,000 to 5,000 and requires candidates to be currently residing in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and the management of employee records. Key duties include:

• Coordinating recruitment processes and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires
• Handling day-to-day HR administration and maintaining accurate employee records
• Managing visa applications and documentation in compliance with MOHRE regulations
• Assisting with payroll processing to ensure timely salary payments
• Monitoring employee leave and attendance effectively
• Ensuring all HR practices align with UAE Labour Law requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Between 1 and 3 years of practical HR experience within the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and local HR policies
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Organizational ability to manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously
• Current residency status within the UAE
