Job Overview

Hicar Auctions L.L.C is seeking a skilled HR Officer to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE human resources with at least three years of experience. This role requires comprehensive understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and hands-on experience managing visa and labour procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will play a vital role in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases is essential. The role also includes coordinating all employee-related documentation such as visas, labour cards, and Emirates IDs. Additionally, the HR Officer will oversee attendance and leave tracking, assist with payroll preparation, generate HR reports, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with all HR policies and legal requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience within the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE guidelines.
• Familiarity with visa processing, labour card issuance, and employee documentation procedures.
• Proven ability in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administrative tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve employee queries effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining compliance standards.
