Job Overview

We are urgently looking for an experienced HR Executive with a background in UAE hotel operations to join a respected 4-star hotel in Dubai. Candidates with a strong understanding of human resources processes in the hospitality industry will be highly valued. This opportunity is ideal for those holding an own, family, or spouse visa.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record keeping within the hotel environment
• Coordinate with accounting and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations
• Support compliance with UAE labor laws and hotel policies
• Handle payroll assistance and employee benefits administration
• Work closely with management to maintain a positive workplace culture and resolve HR issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Executive in a UAE hotel setting
• Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices in the hospitality sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Additional Opportunities
