Imtiaz Developments in Dubai is seeking a skilled and motivated HR Executive to join their human resources team. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in HR operations who are eager to contribute to effective employee management and administrative functions in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the daily HR activities and employee service functions to ensure smooth organizational operations. Key duties include handling employee documentation, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining comprehensive HR records, and preparing reports and presentations. The role also involves coordinating employee lifecycle events from hiring through to exit, enforcing compliance with UAE Labour Law, and collaborating with internal departments on HR-related issues.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, along with 3 to 5 years of hands-on HR experience within the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices is essential. Proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with HRIS or ERP systems is highly desirable. Relevant certifications like CIPD or SHRM and industry experience in real estate, construction, or engineering will be considered an advantage. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required to succeed in this role.
