Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our team in Al Garhoud, Dubai. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is available for immediate start. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records along with all HR documentation.
• Coordinate HR activities and facilitate effective communication within the workforce to promote positive employee relations.
• Support payroll processing and monitor attendance to guarantee correctness and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in an HR role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support documentation and reporting tasks.
• Immediate availability to start working.
