Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team based in Al Garhoud, Dubai. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with immediate start. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role supporting various human resources functions and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing recruitment efforts and coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Facilitate employee relations and support ongoing HR activities
• Provide assistance with payroll processing and monitor attendance management
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and HR compliance guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in an HR role is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication abilities combined with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
