Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Associate to join our team in Dubai. This role offers a monthly salary of AED 3,000 and is ideal for candidates with at least two years of expertise in HR operations, particularly within manpower supply, outsourcing, recruitment, or managing large workforces. Male candidates are preferred due to the operational nature of the job and frequent interaction with blue-collar staff. Experience from the UAE or the candidate’s home country will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR processes, including maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and offboarding procedures, and coordinating visa, Emirates ID, medical, and insurance matters. Attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination also fall within this position’s scope. Additionally, the HR Associate will address employee queries and grievances, prepare HR documentation such as letters, warnings, and certificates, and collaborate closely with operations, accounts, PRO, and camp teams. Accurate updating of HR information systems, reports, and ERP data is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and possess a minimum of two years’ relevant HR experience. Proficiency with MS Excel and Word is necessary, along with strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a proactive approach to follow-ups. Immediate availability will be an advantage in the hiring process.
