We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to join a dynamic team in Dubai. This role requires 6 to 8 years of hands-on HR experience within the UAE, focusing on managing various human resources functions effectively. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline and will bring specialized knowledge, particularly in JAFZA HR operations and visa processing.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment processes, and compliance with local labor laws. Additionally, the role includes managing visa procedures and coordinating with JAFZA authorities for smooth HR operations. Support in policy implementation, workforce planning, and maintaining employee records will also be part of the daily activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 to 8 years of relevant HR experience in the UAE market
• Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and regulatory requirements
• Proven expertise in JAFZA HR operations and visa-related processes is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee engagement and coordination
• Capability to manage HR tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Certifications in HR will be an added advantage but are not mandatory.
