Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding new hires and fostering positive employee relations.
• Ensure HR compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and handling labor contracts efficiently.
• Coordinate visa processing and collaborate with relevant government authorities to streamline labor procedures.
• Support payroll administration, attendance tracking, and performance management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of UAE Labour Law and its practical application in HR functions.
• Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations within the UAE.
• Familiarity with visa processing procedures and labor regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with employees and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for efficient documentation and reporting.
