This role demands a thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law to ensure compliance and effective HR management.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to support staff and alignment with company goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in HR management
• Solid knowledge and application of UAE Labour Law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency in managing employee records and HR systems
