Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of human resource activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The successful candidate will ensure HR operations align with UAE Labour Law and best HR practices, creating a positive workplace culture and supporting business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven hands-on HR management experience within the UAE market
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE Labour Law and current HR regulations
• Strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance evaluations
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
• Capability to handle HR operations efficiently in a fast-moving setting
