Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR Head to join our team in Dubai. This leadership role requires a minimum of 9 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR position. The successful candidate will initially work from home during the probation and visa processing period before transitioning to onsite operations. The work schedule is Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Head will provide strategic leadership overseeing all aspects of human resources operations. Responsibilities include managing compensation, benefits, and ensuring regulatory compliance, as well as driving talent management and employee development initiatives. Building a positive organizational culture and maintaining robust employee relations are essential to this role. Additionally, the HR Head will handle HR analytics and reporting, lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, and coordinate cross-functional activities both internally and with external partners.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 9 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or head position
• Strong expertise in compensation, benefits, compliance, and employment law
• Proven ability in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with HR analytics, reporting, and using data to inform decision-making
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional and multicultural environment

Additional Information

Candidates from India willing to relocate to Dubai are highly preferred. The initial work-from-home arrangement will last approximately two to three months, after which the successful applicant will be based onsite in Dubai.
