Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role offers a chance to contribute to the seamless management of HR functions within a fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in various HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws while supporting employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR activities including visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain employee documentation, contracts, and records with accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures efficiently.
• Handle medical and employee insurance matters.
• Assist in HR budgeting, manpower planning, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in HR roles within fast-paced sectors such as salons, beauty, hospitality, or retail.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in visa and employee insurance processing.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with employee record maintenance and HR documentation.

Candidate Preferences

• Filipino nationals are preferred.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be given priority.
