We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Human Resource Manager to support our HR department and contribute to the growth of our team in Dubai and Umm Al Quwain (UAQ). This role demands a professional with strong expertise in UAE labour laws, HR best practices, and diverse HR functions to help manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Human Resource Manager will play a crucial role in various HR activities including:

• Managing recruitment efforts and onboarding new employees
• Overseeing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment
• Coordinating performance management processes
• Handling payroll coordination in collaboration with relevant departments
• Implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations
• Supporting the HR team in operational tasks and strategic initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience within the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR industry standards
• Proven ability in managing recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and organize HR activities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
