Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable subcontractor specializing in block work labor to join our team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for companies with skilled masons and helpers who have solid experience working under UAE licenses and can mobilize immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The subcontractor must provide a minimum workforce of 15 to 20 labors, consisting of approximately 10 masons and 10 helpers. All labor must be registered and operating under a single company license. Efficient coordination and adherence to project timelines are essential.

Requirements

• Valid trade license specific to block work activities.
• Demonstrated experience with block work in the UAE construction sector.
• All laborers must be registered on one company license (this is mandatory).
• Availability of at least 15-20 labors (10 masons plus 10 helpers).
• Immediate mobilization capability.
• Proper employee documentation, including valid visas, Emirates IDs, and passport copies.
• Valid insurance coverage for all workers.

Compensation and Location

Payments will be processed every 10 days to ensure timely compensation for services rendered. The work site is situated in Sports City, Dubai.
