Virtual Key is currently seeking skilled professionals for multiple roles within the fit-out sector based in Dubai, UAE. The company offers competitive salaries and a dynamic work environment for candidates with relevant experience in mechanical, electrical, and safety disciplines.

Available Positions and Responsibilities

• Quantity Surveyor: Candidates should hold a Mechanical Engineering degree or a related qualification. The role requires 4 to 5 years of UAE experience, with strong capabilities in cost estimation and contract management.
• Draughtsman (MEP): Applicants must have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. A background in fit-out or food and beverage sectors is preferred, accompanied by 3 to 4 years of UAE experience.
• Safety Officer: This position demands a DDA/DM approved certificate (mandatory), NEBOSH certification is required, with CertIOSH considered an advantage. A minimum of 2 years UAE experience along with thorough knowledge of HSE compliance is essential. Candidates should also possess a UAE driving license and have their own vehicle, with fuel allowances provided.

Work Conditions

The roles are based in Dubai and follow a six-day workweek schedule. Virtual Key provides an engaging workplace that values expertise and professional growth within the fit-out industry.

Compensation

• Quantity Surveyor: AED 6,000 to 12,000 monthly
• Draughtsman (MEP): AED 4,000 to 8,000 monthly
• Safety Officer: AED 7,000 to 8,000 monthly
