Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects within the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires managing MEP projects from the initial planning stages through to final handover. This includes coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and resolve any technical or site-related challenges. The Senior MEP Project Manager will monitor project schedules and budgets closely, prepare detailed progress reports, and actively participate in project meetings to maintain transparent communication among all stakeholders. Ensuring all work complies with UAE regulations and safety protocols is critical.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience within the UAE, managing MEP projects.
• Strong expertise in HVAC systems, electrical setups, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Excellent leadership capabilities combined with strong communication and project management skills.
• Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
