Job Overview

We are seeking two Sales Engineers to join our Foundations Team based in Dubai. This junior-level role focuses on supporting structural steel and construction projects, with particular emphasis on the rental division. The ideal candidates will be actively involved in fieldwork, client interactions, and site visits to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in bridging technical knowledge with sales activities. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, meeting with clients to understand their requirements, providing technical advice, and collaborating with the project and rental teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Between 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the construction or structural steel sector.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory due to frequent site visits.

Work Environment

This position is based in Dubai and involves a combination of office work and on-site engagements. Candidates should be comfortable traveling across project locations on a regular basis and working within a fast-paced team environment.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
